In addition to what Alan mentioned. You'll need to provide bit of context.
SLA I assume is Service Level Agreement, but that's industry specific and how to calculate/build SLA will depend largely on type of service provided
Ex: Inbound Call Centre SLA will differ significantly from ISP SLA
Even within inbound call centre, it can differ significantly between Sales, Data Entry, Helpdesk etc.

Hi Alan
not sure which banner you talking about
The yellow one.
SLA is service level agreement its use for calculating in large quantuiy
SLA isn't really calculated. It's an agreement between service provider and client, on what service the provider will furnish and it defines standard of service provider is obligated to provide.
Service Level is part of SLA and is calculated.
But how will depend on type of service rendered.
Ex:
Inbound Call Centre - Sales with competitor
SL = (Calls Answered Within threshold)/(Calls Answered + Calls Abandoned)
This is often called exclusive SL, and considers all unanswered calls and calls answered after the threshold against SL.
Inbound Call Centre - Helpdesk (considers short abandon as customer not requiring immediate assistance)
SL = ((Calls Answered + Calls Abandoned)-(Calls Answered after Threshold + Calls Abandoned after Threshold))/(Calls Answered + Calls Abandoned)
This is often called inclusive SL, and considers only calls that went beyond threshold as counting against SL.
ISP - Percentage of time that network is up and meeting required speed etc.
So if network is up 100% of the time, but network quality was below threshold 20% of the time. SL is considered at 80%. Though interpretation can vary.
On top of SL, SLA will consider quality requirement, 1st contact resolution rate, interval SL (1 hour interval, daily, weekly, monthly etc) among other things.
