Simple question on decimals (formatting)

Dear All,

Again here for asking for a quick question. I have a set of data (like shown in the pic attached); which consists of values( full or up to 1 point decimal). Is there a way that i can format cells in such a way that i can format all these cells at once & only the ones having values in decimals show up with 1 point decimals & other full numbers remain as is.
