Simple Tally Formula

Hi, I'm really new at excel and I be this is probably a simple formula, but after reading im going around and around in circles.

I'll try to put it simply with a pic.

Each month i run a report. A top 5 tally.

Column B lists peoples names, sometimes these same people appear several times
Column C has a tally number next to them

Basically i want run a report that summarises the names in Column B putting them into Column N and adds up their respective tally number from Column C to their respective numbers in Column O

Or a pivot table with marketer as the row and changes as the value, you can sort by value descending to get the top 5.

Thanks for the welcome. And the tips. I'll read up on those two.
Half the challenge with excel, for me anyway, is how powerful it is which then creates the task of where to start and look!! LOL.
I think i can see myself becoming an excel fan/nerd.
