Short cut to collapse ribbon

Hello All,

Maybe my Excel is to old a version but where/how can I create a shortcut to collapse the ribbon. I am familiar with shortcuts and understand the quick access toolbar.

I can not locate any ribbon shortcut under the "all commands" drop down. Is it in there and I am not seeing it?
