Collapse the Ribbon using VBA

I have a file shared over Dropbox mainly by 2010 users that has macros to arrange as either Full screen or with Ribbon visible.
When used by Office/Excel 365 users the with Ribbon visible has the tabs plus ribbon visible taking up too much real estate. The manually available "Collapse the Ribbon" action is required as a VBA
What line of code will do this please?

As far as I can see they all relate to the older Excel versions and don't create the requested situation for 365 use.
I've certainly tried many of them without success.
Does anyone know the one that works?
