Tricky problems - Combine multiple columns into 1 list + keep adjacent values etc

    Hi Everyone,

I am trying to help my local golf club out and make an easy to use (read automated) spreadsheet to run their competitions with.

I have the bones there, but i am struggling with a few problems (see title).

Here's how it should work (all going according to plan)

    1. People enter their names into the slots on the "SatTeeSheet" tab/worksheet, using the drop down box. THIS WORKS, no issues.

    2. Their names are then AUTOMATICALLY transferred into 1 list of names on "Scores" tab/worksheet, This only works if everyone uses the first slots, but golf is played in groups, so i dont know how to get names from the 4 Columns (B,D,F,H) to transfer to the "scores" name column??? Without blanks too.

    3. I also need the players DHc to also come with the name and populate into the DHc column on "scores".

Lastly, and ONLY if its possible. I would love for the workbook to automatically find the winners and places down to 10th. on the "SatCompResults" tab/worksheet. This requires a tricky step i dont have the skills for, because it requires a "count back" feature if the winning scores are tied, when it looks for the HIGHEST score on the back 9 to break ties, and then HIGHEST on the front 9, if the back 9 is also tied. YIKES i know. but i thought i would ask.

I have include a spreadsheet with example of what it should look like, with names and handicaps (DHc) transferred across and even an example of who should win and why.

    Thanks everyone.

Okay, i worked out a solution for 1,2 and 3.

I have even perhaps worked out a process to sort the names in the correct order based on results...

    thanks
