I've got the following formula:
=(SUMPRODUCT((Plan!$E:$E=AJ$5)*ISNUMBER(SEARCH("A",Plan!$T:$T)))*(@Plan!$J:$J>=$C$2))
It should return 1 if a row is:
Column E=AJ5
Column J => the date in column C2
Column T contains an A

Don't use full column references, though that's not the problem. It will just make calculation slow.
