    Using Mod function to double a rent every 5 years

    Hi,

    I wanted to seek some help to create one formula in cashflow to double the rent every 5 years. The desire cashflow is hardcoded but needed some help to create on formula that can do this for me.

    Formula for G11 then fill right

    =IF(MOD(YEAR(G5)-YEAR($F5),5)=0,2,1)*F11
