100% KPI should be the same as total jobs on time.

Back in Feb etaf kindly helped me create this SS, which is great but 1 of the larger f is not showing what I need.
ISSUE HEADING. 100% KPIs should be the same as total jobs on time.
ISSUE DESCRIPTION. When any of the KPIs are set to 100% that column should return the same number as the on time jobs for that month.
EXAMPLE. On the 2019-20 tab – when AA3 is set to 100%, AA4 should return the same number as D4.
can someone help me with this please?
