Print to Bluebeam/PDF view different on another computer

Hi

I've converted a Building Permit template from word to excel to allow the address & other info to auto populate from my client/job register so I don't have to double up on my data entry.

When I print to PDF/Bluebeam the template looks perfect (Building Permit) however when my colleague prints it from his laptop it gets printed over 4 pages and the tick boxes shrink & not centre aligned (Sample BP - PDF View issues)

Does anyone know how to fix this? I'm not sure if its a excel or bluebeam issue

I've attached the docs to compare how the permit is printed.
