    Shift planner generator

    Hi everyone,

I'm looking to create an excel sheet that would show the following:

-multiple teams working 5 days on and 4 days off (3 days and 2 nights)
-staff working 5 days on and 2 days off with days and nights included.

    Thanks in advance

    Re: Shift planner generator

Hello capital125 and Welcome to Excel Forum.
I can replicate what was shown in cells D14:M16 by inserting a new column D and then using: =IF(D13="","",D13) to populate E14:N16.
However, I feel that there is more to this request and that in order to help we need to see some manually placed results so that we can attempt to replicate them either using formulas or code.
Let us know if you have any questions.
