Well, you will need to give a bit more information than that !

It would also help if you attached a sample Excel workbook, and you can do this by following the instructions given in the yellow banner at the top of the screen.

Thank you for your quick response. I have attached the file again actually I have never posted any query before that's why might not be able to attach the file correctly.

In my attached spreadsheet there are two tabs report & Data. In the highlighted yellow table I would like to count how many unique areas have been visited by vehicle no (11/17055) from (1 Nov 2021 to 4 Nov 2021).

But the yellow boxes are still empty!

Please manually fill in the top row at least with the values you are expecting to see there (NOT formulae).
