    Can't make excel cells expand

    I have got this attached excel sheet (inventory for recovery materials) when I move the cursor it doesn't changed to plus sign, means I can't click to widen

    I checked menu bar --> Review it doesn't showing it is protected

    I want to expand the column where it says material description to be readable and make sense

    And also the columns heading (A,B,C,,,,etc) are not there although i checked this
