Help to Change Colour in GANTT Chart

I have a*GANTT CHART excel*sheet, but I can't change the color.
If it's*possible to help, I will be glad.

There are instructions at the top of the page explaining how to attach your sample workbook (not an image).

A good sample workbook has just 10-20 rows of representative data that has been desensitised. It also has expected results mocked up, relevant cells highlighted and a few explanatory notes.

We would very much like to help you with your query, however the thread title does not really convey what your request is about. Tell us what you are trying to do, not how you think it should be done.

You will need a conditional formatting rule per colour. I have done the first two for you:

=AND($B4="Production",$C4<=G$3,$D4>=G$3) (this is adapted from the original rule for green)

=AND($B4="Client Brief Meeting",$C4<=G$3,$D4>=G$3)

Select cell G4 and set up the rest as you need (as I said, one per colour required).

You just need to change the CF rule range in each case to start at G4 instead of H4.
