Help!!! Need cell colour to change surrounding cell colour!

You see the single cells that change colour in the group of four cells?
I need a way that the 3 uncoloured cells per group will change depending on the coloured cell's colour , which is already set up to change based on value

I've not much experience at excel and need all the help I can get here

Welcome to the Forum Ghillie2k4!

The surrounding cells have to be set up for color* using the same method that was used to set up the existing colored cells. But I can't give you more specific instructions without knowing how that was done. What rule will determine the color of the surrounding cells? Is it the same color as the upper right cell?

It would help if you attached your Excel file, which is easier than taking a screenshot and attaching that.

1. Under the text box where you type your reply click the Go Advanced button.
2. In the next screen look above the reply box and click the "paper clip" icon. You will get a pop-up screen.
3. In the pop-up, click Add then Select to select a file from your local drive
4. Click the Upload button to upload the file
5. Click Done to attach it.

It will be displayed as an attachment underneath your post text. Alternatively as the last step you can click the Insert Inline button and a hyperlink to the file will be inserted directly into your post text in the spot where your cursor is set at the moment you click the button.

I have a game which has a large amount of cells with a background colour. I'd like all the programmed cells to change colour in response to changing one cell's colour as a master cell, or maybe a number in that cell? Can anyone help?
