In the attached example, I want to autofill Table 2 to look like Table 1. The first two columns in each table are names, with extra spaced between names. I want the extra spaces to be filled with the previous person's name. Thanks!

In your original table just selct A2:B15.
Then go to Home ribbon>Find & Select. Then choose "Go to special..."
Select "Blanks" and hit ok
Then press =
Then press the Up arrow Key on your keyboard.
Now press CTRL and Enter at the same time.
Finally Select column A and B copy and paste values so the formula no longer exists.
