separate a data in separate filename

Hi,

I have a file with more than 3000 rows each month and I would like to consult if there is a way that I can separate them based on categories like by country, city and email address in separate file with a filename of country+City+firstname+lastname from the email addresses.


See attached sample file for reference.

for example:

row 2 is one file with a filename of China Beijing La batallones with date stamp.
row 3 and 4 is one file with a file name of China Shanghai batalllones lou with date stamp. etc.
