Add a link to a specific table of excel worksheet in word

I need help in adding a link to a table from an excel worksheet in word document ( This excel workbook has multiple worksheet tabs and I need to add link to a specific sheet). Please let me know how can I achieve this and how to specify the 'Item in File'?

A little background: There are already links to excel tables in the word document and I am trying to add one more link. I already tried to insert it as an object but it selects the complete workbook instead of a specific worksheet. Also, when I copy+Paste into word, the link is broken.
