Create Unique User ID

Hello Excel Expert,

I'm trying to generate unique customer user ID, if customer name repeat user ID should be remain same, but software code to be change,

Software code 5
IOT0 5 0005 amra
IOT0 5 0005 AMRA

software code 2 stand is for Atm
IOT0 2 0007
IOT0 1 0007

I know you know but I don't know what you know so post detailed description what you want and expected result a few more than you posted in OP

Thank you for your reply, what I'm trying to do is to generate unique user ID starting with IOT0 with software code lets say if user name is ACC and in software F column asterflow ID should start with IOT0 and 3 for software number in last user serial number 0001 so on. if user name repeat, ID should remain same and software number as per column.

amra and AMRA is the same name.
