Remove duplicates across a row(leaving only blanks)

Hi guys,

I have a file where each row may have adjacent and non-adjacent duplicates within the row.Some of these rows also have blank values.

I would like to remove any duplicates within the row, only keeping the first encounter from left to right, and shifting everything left. Blank cells should be kept where they are(unless they are shifted left due to the previous command).

I attached a sample of the simplified version of the problem table and below it, is the output table I'd like

I have office 2016.
