Dear Sir, I would like You to help me to unlock the restrictions activated in the attached Excel file starting from the black area to the gray sheet and others.
please check if those commands are related to a specific date because they will be activated after a certain date.
I would be thankful if you will guide me on how to unlock all those restrictions that are related to date and black screens so that I can apply them for any future received file.

By the way, I have received the file as is, so I do not have the pass words that control the excel sheet. that is the reason I am seeking your help to remove all those restrictions and I will be able to use the file as normal any day and any time.
