    excel calander

    Hi everyone thanks to the help of this forum and the help of you guys i successfully made a working employee calendar 8 months ago
    and its working fine

    question
    is there a way I can an employee's days off (AL in this case)

    in the attached calendar we have a Clarkson can I print his days off without showing the other employees

    maybe add a slicer. click in the table. GO to the Table Design Ribbon
    Select insert Slicer.
    this will open up a new dialog box.
    Select Employee name


    Now select Clarkson and it should filter the table on just clarkson so you can print.

    that's not what I am looking for although its a good idea

    I would like to be able to print off said employee month and dates they took off
    is this possible
