How to customize standard row thickness?

I have a table with about 100 rows of data (8 columns). My standard row heights is 24 pixels. Throughout my data set of 100 rows, I randomly have some rows to be taller than others because of the data present on the last column (I have it set to Wrap Text so all the data is seen). I can have on some rows a standards 24 pixel height, and other rows be 48 or 72 pixels because of the amount of characters present on the last column.

I would like to have my standard row height be of... for example, 30 pixels, or 35 pixels, but for the rows that have lots of data, continue to use the Wrap Text option to continue giving me a custom thickness.

Is this possible?

Is there a non macro solution?

No . I believe VBA (macro) is the only solution.
