Pivot table - How do I filter out products that has the latest group dates that are -VE?

    Hi there

I have a list of products that I monitor their sales figures every week. However, I would like to zoom in on those products that are the performing badly.

How can I easily filter out the products IF the latest group of dates is NEGATIVE as shown in the picture?

    Thank you

There are instructions at the top of the page explaining how to attach your sample workbook (yellow banner: HOW TO ATTACH YOUR SAMPLE WORKBOOK). Screenshots are of little practical use as we cannot manipulate them.

A good sample workbook has just 10-20 rows of representative data that has been desensitised. It also has expected results mocked up, worked examples where required, relevant cells highlighted and a few explanatory notes.

Just to clarify, after filtering, I need to see Product C not shown in the pivot table.

Re: Pivot table - How do I filter out products that has the latest group dates that are -V

This should be what is remaining - I have hidden some dates as it was too long to put it in 1 screenshot

THe reason why Product A and Product B are still in the pivot is because of the latest date percentage which is NEGATIVE

    Product A 25/10/2022 - 26/10/2022 6 -53.85%
    Proudct B 25/10/2022 - 26/10/2022 60 -94.23%

while Product C is remove as the latest date is POSITIVE

    Product C 19/10/2022 - 21/10/2022 53 488.89%

FWIW, my understanding is that a filter should be applied to the Pivot Table to REMOVE in their entirety any/all products where the most recentl weekly total is a positive number.

Irrrespective of undisclosed cross-posting issues, I'm not doing anything more here, as I doubt if this can be done in a Pivot Table. Certainly, i haven't a clue where to start.
