Need Help Creating a Work Hours & Payment Calculator

I have been paid $400 by someone and he will be sending me work in the next several weeks to do. So this is advance payment. The rate is $10 per hour

So far, I have worked only 11 hours, which means I still owe him 29 hours of work.

Sometime he pays me in advance, sometimes he pays me after work.

Help me create an excel work hours and payment calculator that computes details such as total hours worked, payment due, Payment received, paid work hours, unpaid work hours and any other important details.

This will help me track track hours worked, how many hours I need to work in case of advance payment, and how many hours I have worked without pay when there is no advance payment.

Thanks for your response HansDouwe. I have introduced another section below "unpaid work hours" and named it "Expecting." can you modify the formula in cell C7 to return "0" where there are no unpaid work hours? The value returned in C8 should also be a zero when the value in C7 is Zero.
