Excel Show a pop up message with data from table

Hi,

I have tables that i use to track where jobs are at.
Column L on sheets I-20 & T-54 show a business name, taken from a table on Sheet "DATA"

I would like a quick way to view/jump to the phone number in the corresponding row in the "DATA" sheet.
I don't want to add another column as the table already fills my page and some have two contact details.

Either
a) when i hover over it can a message/bubble pop up and show the phone number. so i don't have to swap to the other sheet and scroll to find it.
b) a small clickable option that would show the phone number or jump to the sheet and cell with the number.

I have attached a stripped out copy of the document attached with sensitive data removed for help.

Thank you for your help.
To intergrate as i understand i should enter the "per-sheet" code to each sheets one, do i need to change any code?
"module1" where do i paste that one?
I am self taught and still learning and im having trouble integrating it.
