Help with Total bankroll Balances in different sheets an all DOn SNg stats

Should the Total Bankroll amount be the same for all four sheets?
Should the Total Bankroll amount be the sum of the Current Bankrolls from the Tournaments, Cash, Don Sng, and pokerstake sheets?
If so, then paste the following into cell K7 on the Bankroll sheet: =SUM(K8,Cash!H5,'DoN SnG'!H4,'Stake Bankroll'!J5)
Tell us how the amounts in the Bankroll column on the DoN SnG sheet (cells Y24 and down) would be manually calculated so that we can correct the formula which should clear up the #N/A errors in the Total Bankroll cells.

yes all total bankroll amount should be the same for all 4 sheets.
yes current bankroll amount should be the sum of the current bankrolls from tounaments play, in each of the 4 categories.
formula in post#2 is returning #n/a not sure if the blue square is where it should be in k8 blue.png
for formulas in cells y24 and down would calculate base on column S depending on profit/loss in this file i manually input the amt. of how it should calculate, and for cell in column S all in red the negative amt. & $0.00, & #n/a would like for them to calculate just like the green amt. 15, 20 and 100

Looking at the file attached to post #3, all of the Total Bankrolls are showing an amount, not #N/A.
So I consider this thread as solved.
As to the Bankroll column on the Don SnG sheet the problem stems from extra spaces in some cells in column V on the Info sheet and also not all games shown in tbl_DonSnG of the DoN SnG sheet are listed in tbl_GameSiteCategory along with their sites and categories.
If you take care of those issues and then copy the formula from cell Y24 down the column should populate. If not, then based on what you were told by the admin, that will be a new question.

As I don't know what the amounts in S24:S27 should be I am guessing that this will provide the correct amounts:

Please give us a specific issue with the DoN SnG sheet that is in need of attention.
Remember that giving us manually calculated values along with explanations speeds up the process of writing a formula.

You could but if there was an error with your bankroll it would make it hard to track down. I would suggest recording games as you are doing in the file attached to post #10.

Are you manually entering the data or are you copy/pasting from another source like a csv file?
If you are having to enter manually then I am saying if you have a problem with the bankroll column it will probably be easier to track the problem down if new rows are created as the games are played rather than trying to combine data from several games into one row.

It is a conditional formatting rule.
Select conditional formatting and then Manage Rules.
It should be the first rule that you see.

I believe that it shows #REF! because columns were deleted. As in column E now counts Days but at one time probably had some other function.
When I add a row to tbl_Tournaments and then select a network it highlights per the rules.

Assuming that "Played" is correct for tournaments, cash games and pokerstake, if seems as if the "Played" formulas should be
1. For satellites: =COUNTIFS(tbl_DonSnG[Category],X11)
2. For sit n go's: =COUNTIFS(tbl_DonSnG[Category],Z11)
3. For spin & go's: =COUNTIFS(tbl_DonSnG[Category],AB11)
See if these formulas yield the expected results.

The rows that are producing the #N/A errors have 3 Card Poker, BlackJack, Baccarat and sport Betting in the Game column.
In tbl_GameSiteCategory, columns AG:AJ on the Don SnG sheet they are in the Category column so the formula will not find them.
The rest should be working although it seems that sometimes formatting changes for no apparent reason, and you have to reapply to the entire table column.

If you want to test using the entries from 1/30 then temporarily change TODAY() to TODAY()-1

If so then you can remove the -1 after TODAY() to make the formula calculate today's buy-ins.

The reason for a complicated formula for buy-in is because the cost + fee column has been changed to text.
The cashes column is numeric (currency) so that formula should work correctly.

Please tell us what the expected value in cell K6 on the bankroll sheet should be and why. (please either stick to one sheet at a time or specify which sheet so that we don't have to hunt)
Cell D3 is supposed to be reporting the amount of the deposits according to the text in cell A3.
For J24: =-SUM(D3:D4)

because in cell AR177 you entered a $0.01 adjustment and in cell U5 Include Adjustment is chosen.
If you select Exclude Adjustment then cell V248 displays $0.02

Conditional formatting rules for the network column extended to include columns L:O
Note that some cells in columns L:O are manually assigned a font color, that will need to be removed for conditional formatting to work.
Note that not all networks have been assigned a conditional formatting rule.

As the Date refers to the Start value in the same row, I am not sure how you even did that for the picture, let alone how I would write a formula to do it.
I notice that it reset the Days count which would cause cell M5 on the bankroll sheet to display the incorrect number of days, so even if you find an way to do this it may mess up other calculations.
One positive that came from this is that the formula in the Date column on the Tournaments sheet needed correction:

1. From the filter/sort box in cell K6 select #N/A to see a list of games that need are not matched to categories
2. Copy the list (Ctrl + c) and paste it to cell A525 on the List sheet
3. Go to the Data tab and select Remove Duplicates
4. From the dialog box that pops up uncheck Category and then select OK
Note that should leave 512 unique tournaments
5. Type category names in cells B484:B513
Once you have done that upload the file in a new post and don't make any additional requests until we have a chance to see what #VALUE! errors remain on the Tournaments sheet.

Mate, i made this file from 4 pages of the cvs from pokerstake i marked each cell with coment blank for each game canceled column os which need games to be deleted in blank rows.
i have all 2024 from Jan 1 2024 would like to see if it can be clean as i can't find why its one cent off.

yes adjustments is still there. but i can't keep up with entries i have stake about 300 games which is not going well down near 3k now i think would like to have entries to analize everything as i think i have done very bad staking and i think i should only stake games where the players have the most wins. i have stake a bit strong but, thats how is going to be soon even tho i am behind schedule things aren't going as plan. okay in column O shows canceled for the 2nd page for 100 games 1,3,4 page don't show canceled but i marked all canceled games, are the ones where i have a comment arrow which changes in columns. to j/k 2 jackpots got away could of been in profit instead of loosing

Formulas don't read comments. Since there are already some cells in column O marked "Canceled", I suggest selecting all cells in column O that correspond to a cell with a "gab cancelled" comment (O7, O10 etc.)
Once all the cells are selected then type "Canceled" and press the Ctrl and Enter keys. That should fill all cells at once.
Afterwards upload the file and we will see if we can apply the conversion formulas.

I don't believe that cells O8:O9 in the 1-1-24 file should have been marked as canceled.
I'll try again to explain about marking as canceled.
1. With the mouse select the first cell in column O that should be marked as canceled
2. Scroll down to the next cell and press the Ctrl key and then click the mouse
3. Continue step 2 until all cells needing to be marked are selected
4. Type the word Canceled
5. Press the Ctrl and Enter keys
Once you have marked all the cells upload the file and I'll attempt to modify the formulas to produce the needed information.

You could either mark the canceled games for the all staking file or tell us the way you recognize which games are canceled and we can attempt to write a formula.

The way this is set up it is next to impossible to reference some columns because start times and defines area-2 changes from columns G:H to columns F:G at row 402 and then back to columns G:H at row 602.
What I did, and you will need to do in the future, was to select cells F402:N601 and dragged them one column to the right so that those columns align for all sections.
Now that the blank cells are all in column J so the original formulas will work, when the ranges are extended to row 700.

I am not familiar with google formatting. In Excel displaying 24-hour time could be done using custom formatting (h:mm;@). There are some contributors in the "For Other Platforms(Mac, Google Docs, Mobile OS etc)" forum that might be able to answer your question.

and have pokerstake separate? this is why I ask okay the reason is that when i do leave the states to go play the staking i can now do withing GG Poker Platform and not Pokerstake since it will be easier to do from GG client. but i don't know how would the input would work since i am not sure i would be able to download a cvs file from GG client to input results, or maybe ill continue doing from pokerstake. but i really want to have all staking input as i have a bit more i did. I feel that breaking the file into sections would be a good idea, but you'll need to be specific about what needs to be included in each section.
As to continuing to work on the file attached to post #76, I have modified the formula in the buy-in column again to accommodate dollar amounts found at the beginning of the tournament entry:

This clears up value errors on the tournament sheet which needed to be corrected before trying to work on the bankroll sheet.
On the bankroll sheet I worked on the formulas in cells S12:S18. You will need to see if the formulas are referencing the correct columns from the tournaments sheet and verify the results so that we know how to proceed in the other sections.

Did you check the formulas in cells S12:S18 on the bankroll sheet to make sure they are referencing the correct columns on the tournaments sheet?

Both the cost and the gross are negative, so if you combine them using =SUM(S13,S14) in cell S16, the total is -$13,177.16.

Change cell S13 to read: =-SUM(tbl_Tournaments[Buy-in])
Presently cell S14 is: =SUM(tbl_Tournaments[Gross Profit])
There are two profit/loss columns on the tournaments sheet: AB and AC

It looks like the canceled games are the ones where the text-sold column is blank except for rows 6, 16 and 21.
Please remind me which columns need to be included in the final output.

I am trying to find a formula that will pick all the games that have not been cancelled.
The formula I have seems to match all the games that have been marked with the exception of the three mentioned above.
By final output I mean what columns of information are needed, as in my-shares 2, tourney-title, buy-in etc.

To be clear row 6 which has NiceMoveLol 35%($12.81) and row 21 which has Jenipapo 35%($24.95) should both be included although cell J21 is blank.
If this is the case, then I don't feel I can write a formula that will work.

mate, i am really sorry to hear that, As i am going thru bunch of that as we speak yesterday i had and MRI done in my stomach as they saw something in my liver hope is not serious too, thats the reason why i log in and out lots of the times due to disconfort and some light pain right under my ribcage. hope your really get well as we need to be healthy, its sucks really for me everything im going thru things got really hard on me do to this issues specially as i want to really leave the states to go play which require long periods of time sitting down. i do alot to stay healthy i run 3 to 5 miles walk very long time everyday and do push ups birdpees and some weights and few months my stomatch been in pain its just sucks.

Might be possible for someone else to find a solution that does not require columns R:Z, but my solution does.
Yes, add new games underneath row 1257.
Then select cells R1256:AF1256 and drag the fill handle down to the last row that has games in it.

The reason that it goes "all the way out to column R" is because the seller name column was pasted into column E instead of column A.

Re: #N/A In order to fixed the Value! erros you can see in this file.
this is what i did under category i choose #N/A and copy all tournaments and paste in list to fixed the #N/A
then i rename in list to its category but when i when back to pokerstake tab i find myself lost since the #N/A is clear but now i would have to fix all tournaments that have the Amt. in between like this GGMasters Bounty Warm-Up $25, $80K GTD
so i did all work then lost myself because no more #N/A but still the #value errors here you can see.

it seems nearly inpossible that i would be able to keep up with all when having to do everything from
selling my action, making my schedule in MTT copy paste in tournament sheet then do the pokerstake and have to go thru all errors to edit to have the values.
in the above file you can see how hard i got when inputing the category after the #N/A clear in this file i re-input with out the catergory in list where you can see the ones with #N/A

Column AE contains just start times now.

I had originally set up the Append 1 table to be automatically updated using Power Query, however the columns on the Poker Stake and Tournaments sheets were then changed which caused the M Code to fail.
I have copied the tournaments that correspond to #NA's in the category column on the Poker Stake sheet into the Append 1 table.
Once you have put the category names into column B, upload the file.
I have a feeling that the reason for the value errors is that the buy-in column formula isn't the one in post #77, which took a good amount of time to produce.

I have gotten the buy-in column fixed.
The next column is gross profit which is supposed to get values from the cost+fee column which is blank.
Please explain in words how the gross profit would be manually calculated.
