I need the formula to get the cell data from Sheet1. My Input data is in sheet1 and i need copy the cell data in sheet2 as per the sheet2 format. attaching the sample data.

The solution is not working for actual data. Hence herewith i am attaching the original data. First sheet is about the fuel details date wise. I need the output as shown in second sheet with the
name of Details.
here except Date everything is dynamic. I mean Vehicle Number and Drivers names will be keep on change month by month.
