Conditional Formatting a cell which is showing a %

Hi everyone,

I am currently having a problem with conditional formatting a specific cell. Im not sure if this has anything to do with it, but there is a formula in the cell which is =Calculations!J5 - that is drawing a % from another worksheet in the spredsheet. The current conditional format I have on the cell is:

Condition 1 - Cell Value Is - Equal to - ="""""" I have formatted the cell so there is no colour.

Condition 2 - Cell Value Is - Greater than or equal to - 0.85 I have formatted the cell so there is green colour.

Condition 3 - Cell Value Is - Less than - 0.85 I have formatted the cell so there is red colour.

When there is a % of 85 or more the cell does turn green and when there is a % lower than 85 it turns red but if the cell is empty it will go green. Any help on how i can get this cell to just have no colour?
