(1a) if Gstatus = "enrolled" or "Inprocess" and Estatus = "rejected" or "Duplicate" or "Do not process" enter "11" otherwise enter "0"

    (2) If either enrollment 1 or enrollment 2 have a value greater then "0" enter a "1" otherwise enter a "0".

Estatus Gstatus enrollment 1 enrollment 2 # of Applications
    enrolled enrolled 15 14 1
    Rejected Rejected 0 0 0
    Duplicate enrolled 0 11 1
    Rejected Rejected 0 0 0
    Donotprocess enrolled 0 11 1

Help with a few functions IF/AND/OR

I highlighted the line I changed in yellow

Hello, Thank you in advance to anyone who can help...
The best way to describe is and I hope I am..(I am crossing my fingers), If you have any questions please let me know.

If the account is not equal to "enrolled" or "Inprocess" field should be "0".

The person gets paid $15.00 for the 1st enrollement (enrolled or In process)
The person gets paid $11.00 for the 2nd enrollment.
If the person gets 20 enrollments (either enrollment 1 or 2) they get paid $20 per enrollment (instead of the $15 & $11)

If the 1st enrollment is not equal to ""enrolled" or "Inprocess" & 2nd enrollment is equal to "enrolled" or "inprocess" then it becomes the 1st enrollment @$15.00
    (Values should be $0 & $15.00)
If the 1st enrollment is equal to ""enrolled" or "Inprocess" & 2nd enrollment is equal to "enrolled" or "inprocess" then the values should be $15.00 & $11.00

On the 2nd part of the formula (# of App) if there is any value greater then "0" in either enrollment field then the value should be "1" otherwise it should be "0"
