This was difficult to explain in the question title. I have attached a sample workbook.
It's basically a VAT returns list, but the length of it is unknown.
I wanted to have a running total and a carried forward line at the bottom, but I have had to put the lines at the very end.
If the list only fills page 1, then there would be two blank pages that would be printed before the running total would be seen.
Can anyone think of a way to solve this, Is there a way that the running total and carried forward lines could be higher up the sheet and somehow moved down as the list extends down the sheet?
I realise that this is a big ask, but if it can be done, (or an alternative method used) I think this is the place to find the solution.
