Automatically update the worksheets

Hi!!!!

I've a list of employees in a worksheet (master list) in date of joining order. And I have to maintain another list sorted by employees date of birth. Currently I manually update both the lists i.e work sheets. Is there any way to automatically update the second worksheet while I update only the master list.

I've attached the worksheet for your reference.
Whenever an employee joins first I update the master list. Then on the other list I insert a row where the new employee fits in DOB order and type his details.
What I want is, whenever I update the master list, the other list also should be updated automatically in DOB order.
