    Fill two text when excel open

    Hi to all

    I have two text files
    I want to fill this text with values WHEN THE EXCEL OPEN.

    Sorry but this is very difficult to understand.

    Are these text files, or Excel files? What is the file extension?

    What does "fill this text with values" mean?
