yes, its a stacked bar graph
work out the 5 figures for each year and then plot
select column graph and on the selection you should see a stacked graph
attach a sample sheet

One small problem

I don't want excel to display data labels as values, I want them in percentages. How can I do that?
what is it displaying - you should be able to goto data labels and format them
right click on the labels
