Pls help how to change column b font color based on column a values, as given in the attached file.

what should be the condition?

example - if column A<=100 column B should be "red"

once we know that we can put conditional formatting and choose color

for each cell in column a the value will be different

Lookup information on Conditional Formatting where colour can be changed based on cell value "between" or "less than" values. This is easy to setup, HOME tab, CONDITIONAL FORMATTING selection, set new rule, select cell where value is based on, set colour format for range of values.
