What I'm trying to do is show what each position does in terms of hours for the month. Normal hours, Overtime hours and Double time.
The way it works is everyone works 9 hours, after 8 hours any hours after is considered overtime. So normal days would be (8hrs normal, 1 hour overtime), Then if they do 40 hours Normal hours a week then anytime afterwards is overtime.
Example:
John works 54hours a week (9hrs * 6days)
thats 40hours normal hours and and 5 hrs overtime (weekday) then Saturday would be all overtime (9hrs) (40+5+9)
My Categories are: Name, Position, Date, Normal Time, Over Time, Double Time, Total.
There are 4 job titltes (about 5 people in each) and I want to see how many hours of normal and overtime and double time each group of positions there are.
Is there any kind of formula to do this with a pivot table?
