    Hello Guys!
    please guide

    how can I achieve from

    1 Apple Grapes Orange Banana
    2
    3

    to this

    1 Apple
    2 Grapes
    3 Orange

    kindly guide.

    That's great ! What took my time was in understanding the fact that the digits are to be entered manually after fill up.

    Glad you got something from that.

    FYI if you aren't aware of it the digits references can be replaced by ROWS($5:5). Since the digits were already there using them saves the extra function call.
