On spreadsheet need to add about 30 words of explanation in text & will have to wrap. How can I perform this? I use Excel 2011. Will have several cells (same column) on spreadsheet where a description will be necessary.
Thought I did this once before. Lack of use erased my memory.

Select the entire column, then right-click and select Format Cells > Alignment Tab > Wrap Text (select).

Thanks for such a quick response. I tried at first with no results. Returned a few minutes ago I followed your instructions. I went across the rows & stopped at the row where I desired the etc to be wrapped. On home screen & under edit pressed justify & then selected wrap. Bingo text wrapped.
