Distribution Formula Needed

Hello All:
Does anybody have a formula that does the following:

Given: Number of numbers (Value in a specific cell)
Given: MIN START (Value in a specific cell)
Given: MAX END (Value in a specific cell)

ALL NUMBERS GENERATED SHOULD BE WHOLE NUMBERS (ODD OR EVEN)
Each NEXT number should be > the last number (evenly distributed across the range). Repeated numbers only if RANGE is < the 'Number of numbers'
Generate a list (evenly distributed across the range) of n 'Number of numbers' across the range FROM MIN START - MAX END

EXAMPLE:
Given: Number of numbers = 5
Given: MIN START = 1
Given: MAX END = 13

Answer should be something like this: 1, 4, 7, 10, 13
