advanced filter not working

Hi I tried to build one advance filter and copy to another sheet by macro, VBA is as below, but it looks not working, they always only show the head, could you please advise what issue in there, thanks

no one can help me? i am so sad so I do not know why advance filter is not working if I put criteria in another sheet
