add in buttons in excel 2013 on the ribbon

I installed excel 2013, but I don't find the (VBA) buttons on the ribbon, since.

Is there a need to install an add in / or activate an add in?

The macro's are on the ribbon on the tab VIEW.

I expect to find the buttons on that place also.
