Multiple cells comma delimited to rows

    Good morning:

I posted this a few days ago and closed the thread as solved after finding many references to code to do this task, but I was completely wrong and now resubmit to the forum.

All the code I could find would distributed a single cell of comma delimited data across new rows, but I am working with four cells, each with comma delimited date.

The goal is to start a new row for each value in the first column and distribute until all values are exhausted. See example for raw data and the goal. It would appear the first row alone would make for a total of 336 new rows.

I appreciate and thank you for your consideration.

judgeh59, I am awed by both how fast you delivered a solution and simple enough for a relative novice to understand. I fear going overboard with the superlatives, but this is absolutely brilliant. Thanks!
