Creating a simple macro with selection from dropdown list

Hi here is what I would like to achieve with the macro I want to create:

When I click on a button (new macro)

    - Select item 1 from drop down list
    - Run a new macro called run report ( I already have that macro as filter data)
    - Save file as "abc"
    - Select item 2 from drop down list
    - Run a new macro called run report (filter data)
    - Save file as "def"

and so on until all drop down list items completed.

Is there a sample out there or someone can guide me through I am attaching the workbook as well

In the workbook I want to change the SiteName drop down and click on Filter data
