Macro - ignore duplicates & skip blanks

Hi,

I created a macro to create a new worksheet for a range, which is working as I want it to. There are two addtition elements I am trying to include but have been unsuccessful with:
1. Ignore duplicates (if worksheet already for that value, ignore, and only create worksheets for new values)
2. Ignore blank cells in the range (currently, it stops once it gets to the first blank...this is a nice to have, but I can live without as it continues to break the rest of the string).

Below is where I have gotten to. I have tried a few variations, but continue to get error messages. Any additional help would be greatly appreciated!
