Problem with VB PRogramme that splits consolidated data into two sets of reporting data

Hello, I have the attached spreadsheet with Visual basic programming. I have one issue that I cannot resolve is anybody able to help me?
When click on the "Split Results" macro button (on the first page column X) this macro creates two virtual spreadsheets ((Pumps & Motor) & (Valve & Storage)). From these spreadsheets the data is taken and populates the spreadsheets ((P & M Metrics) & (V & S metrics)).
The problem is that these sheets show a "#REF" error, due to the sheets not seeing the two virtual spreadsheets "Pump & Motor" and Valve & Storage". Is anybody able to help with this problem?
    Thanks in advance
    Steve
