how to calculate 2 column of numbers?

- 2 worksheets

1) 2 column of numbers(maybe 50) on 1 worksheet

2) would like the left column to substract right column and have the output in the other worksheet.

End(3) - same as End(xlUp)
(2) is a row offset for the last cell in the column without data.

Entire statement End(3)(2) same as End(xlUp).Offset(1)

didnt know .offset can be done without the offset method. thanks alot!
