Attendance & Point WS - Need easy buttons to remove employee's and their data.

Ok, so I have this now wonderful attendance sheet, that tracks points incurred through attendance, or lack there of for a scheduled work day.

What I'm looking to do now, is make an easy method of removing an employee and their data from the sheet, and then bump up everyone that's already on the sheet, so as to fill the void. Only method now is to go in through each monthly tab and manually clearing out their row of data, but that still leaves the void.

Any assistance in this would astounding.

    Thanks,

    UPDATE:

I've made some attempts at a "userform" as well as some macros' to remove the employee and their data. But I'm not sure if what I've complied is the only way to remove the data, vs a more simplified code. Also, with the userform, I'm not sure how to make the drop down (combobox) refer to the employee names in 'A7:A31'.

This is the code for employee data removal.

Still could use some considerable help on the Userform if anyone has some tips.

Also, if possible, maybe a cut/copy function, so that the information could be moved to a new WS for a different department, for transfers.

    This is my attempted Userform1.

The cancel button workts, and the Menu button on the Summary Page opens the userform.

I do not yet understand how to make the buttons reference to the name in the dropdown box.
