Customize Excel Ribbon using VBA and RibbonX

How do i customize this particular menu (this comes when you right-click on the Ribbon) ? I have code to customize the normal context menus in Excel 2010 using CommandBars and controls, but this menu doesnt even get listed when i iterate through the list of all menus. Is there a separate set of "application-level" menus that one can customize separately ?
