Large Data base, need to sift through and find duplicates to find x.

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and use the paperclip icon to open the upload window.

1. Please upload a sample of your workbook, not a picture of your data. Pictures are pretty much impossible to edit, and no-one wants to re-type your data for you
Also, not all members can upload picture files (Company firewalls and stuff) - and, depending on what browser is being used, some pics dont even show up on the forum

Your workbook should show a small desensitized example of the data you are working with and a manual mockup of the expected results.

2. Have you considered (do you know how to) use filters for this?
On the HOME tab/Editing, click Sort and Filter/Filter
You will see that all your columns now have a small Drop-down Arrow at in them.
Click the column that would contain NA, and ubcheck all, then check NA = only those rows with NA will show
Im not sure about the "has 1 commodity code filled out" part, but see how you make out?
