VBA button to Save Radio-button and clear.

Could someone help me, so that the button here(green) inserts the value of the question on sheet2 in the first empty cell and then clears the radio-buttons in sheet1? (if it could save also it would be great) - so when done I could look at sheet2 and see how many 1's and 2' there are. They cant summed, but "112121211111221212121"
